These terms govern your use of FCN Risk Lab. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Product analytics—not financial advice

FCN Risk Lab assesses product structure and observed market risk. It does not provide financial advice, recommend or arrange a transaction, determine suitability, establish fair value or guarantee any outcome. No score, grade, scenario, report or alert is an offer or inducement to buy or sell a product.

Your account

You must provide accurate information, use your own verified email and keep account access secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and should notify the operator promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. The service is intended for users who are legally permitted and sufficiently experienced to review structured-product analytics.

Your information and documents

You retain responsibility for information you enter or upload. You must have the right and authority to use it and must not upload unlawful, malicious or unnecessarily sensitive material. You permit the service and its providers to process that information only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service as described in the Privacy Notice.

Confirm all product terms

Document extraction can be incomplete or wrong. You must check issuers, underlyings, fixing levels, strike and barrier terms, dates, settlement provisions and all other material fields against authorised final documentation before relying on an assessment.

Data and model limitations

Public market data and news may be delayed, incomplete, corrected, throttled or unavailable. Models simplify real markets and cannot capture every path, liquidity, credit, tax or legal risk. Outputs depend on the terms, data, assumptions and model version shown. Past or simulated results do not predict future outcomes.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, misrepresent its outputs, remove disclosures or use it to breach law, regulation, contract or third-party rights. You may not use automated access or redistribute data and reports where the relevant source or licence does not permit it.

Availability and changes

The service may change, be suspended or experience interruptions. Features, data sources, scoring models and these terms may be updated. Material policy changes should be versioned and presented for acceptance where appropriate.

Responsibility for decisions

You remain responsible for reviewing the final product documentation, obtaining any professional advice you need and deciding whether or how to act. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.

Ending your account

You may delete your account from Account & privacy. Access may also be restricted or ended for misuse, security risk or breach of these terms. Provisions concerning ownership, limitations, records and responsibility continue where their nature requires it.
